Top court to decide on graft charges against Morshed Khan tomorrow

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC) has fixed March 8 for announcing whether the charges of money laundering against former foreign affairs minister M Morshed Khan and his family will be reinvestigated or not, reports bdnews24.com.
A four-member bench headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain set the date on Tuesday after hearing a petition by Morshed.
Barrister Rokanuddin Mahmud and Ahsanul Karim stood for the BNP leader while Advocate Khurshid Alam Khan argued for the Anti-Corruption Commission.
