At least 13 managing directors and chief executives of leading private commercial banks have been invited to attend a chief executive conference, scheduled to be held in New York from January 31 to February 3 this year.
US banking giant Citibank, N.A is organising the conference to discuss latest global economic situation, a chief executive officer (CEO), who have received invitation letter, told the FE Thursday.
"We are yet to be informed about the conference in details. But we expect that the global economic recession and recovering will be discussed at the high-level conference," the CEO added without elaborating.
