Top terrorist Sweden Aslam freed on bail

GAZIPUR, Sept 4 (BSS): One of the 23 top listed terrorists, Sheikh Mohamad Aslam alias Sweden Aslam, was released on bail from the Kashimpur jail on Tuesday night after 19 years of his captivity as an accused in 22 criminal cases, nine of those for murder.
"Sweden Aslam had been in the Kashimpur High Security Central Jail since 2014 and we released him from the jail examining his bail documents at 9:00 pm on Tuesday night," jailer Lutfor Rahman said.
Aslam, son of Sheikh Jannat Ali of Chhatiar area under Nababganj thana, was arrested on January 31 in 2005.
