Touchstone made statue found

COMILLA, Apr 16 (UNB): Labourers found a touchstone made statue worth over Tk 10 million while digging a pond at Lalbagh under Sadar South Upazila Thursday.
Local sources said the labourers found the statue of Lord Vishnu weighing 30 kgs while digging the pond of Shahidur Rahman in the evening.
On information, Upazila Nirbahi Officer M Khorshed Alam Khan rushed in, recovered the statue and handed it over to police.
