Tougher steps to stop visa trading: Minister

Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Nurul Islam BSc said on Tuesday strict measures will be taken to stop visa trading and nuisance of middlemen in the immigration process. He came up with the remarks at a views-exchange meeting with the officials of the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET). The minister also said steps will be taken to reduce the immigration cost, according to a news agency.
