Tourism minister opens 'Garden by the Runway' in city

Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Muhammad Faruk Khan as the chief guest inaugurated the 'Garden by the Runway' at Air Headquarters (Unit) in the city on Saturday, says a statement.
Bangladesh Air Force renovated the Runway Lake adjacent to the old Tejgaon Airport for physical and infrastructural development as well as beautification.
Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Shaikh Abdul Hannan, BBP, BUP, nswc, fawc, psc was present on this occasion.
Tahmida Hannan, president of BAFWWA Central Council and Chief Patron of BAF Ladies Club, was also present.
Besides, assistant chiefs of Air Force, senior officers of Air Force Headquarters and invited guests also attended.
