Toyota says European demand won't recover till mid-2010

FRANKFURT, Sept 15 (AFP): Japanese automaker Toyota expects its European market share to improve in the second half of the year but demand for its cars will not improve before mid- 2010, a top company executive said yesterday.
Tadashi Arashima, head of Toyota Motors Europe, told reporters ahead of the 63rd Frankfurt auto show that "the second part of the year should be much better than the first part in terms of market share."
