Traffic halt continues in Gazipur

GAZIPUR, Nov 24: Traffic has been halted on Dhaka-Kapasia-Kishoreganj route since Tuesday afternoon following death of three people, two of them college students, in separate mishaps in Sripur and Sadar upazilas yesterday. Meanwhile, barely hours after yesterday's deaths in accident, a madrasa teacher was hit and instantly killed by a motorcycle at Kotbajalia village in Kapasia Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Maolana Hazrat Ali (60), a resident of the village and teacher of local madrasa.
