Train service for Savarites

Savar, an increasingly busy neighbourhood of Dhaka city, houses many garment factories and business establishments. Apart from factory workers, there are many thousands who live in Savar but work in Dhaka. So, they have to travel to different parts of the capital including Mirpur, Motijheel and old Dhaka. For them, bus is the most common mode of vehicle and given the traffic congestion, they have to waste their working hours on the highway and roads. If train link connecting Nabinagar with Kamalapur is established, everyone will benefit. Such train service for the Savarites will contribute to higher productivity.
