Rail communication between Dhaka and Narayanganj remained suspended for about two hours when a train crashed into a truck at Munshikhola-level crossing in the city Tuesday leaving a man killed and four others injured.
Assistant sub-inspector of GRP Jamal Ahmed told the FE that the Dhaka-bound local train from Narayanganj rammed the truck at about 7:30am at the level crossing under Kadamtoli police station, leaving vendor Abdul Gafur (60) killed on the spot and four others injured.
