Training course on 'Entrepreneurship Development'

Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited organised a month-long training course on 'Entrepreneurship Development' under the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) tranche-3 Project under the supervision of SME & Special Programme Department of Bangladesh Bank.
The SME and Agri. Investment Department of Shahjalal Islami Bank conducted the training course that began on Wednesday at the bank's Training Academy, says a statement.
Managing Director & CEO of Shahjalal Islami Bank M Shahidul Islam presided over the ceremony while Additional Secretary and Executive Project Director Md Ekhlasur Rahman inaugurated the training course as the chief guest.
Director of Bangladesh Bank Md Jaker Hossain was present as a special guest.
Deputy Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank Md Shahjahan Shiraj, Principal of Shahjalal Islami Bank Training Academy Md Saidur Rahman, the Head of SME and Agricultural Investment Department of the bank Md Abdur Rahim, Additional Director of Bangladesh Bank's SME and Special Programme Department Arifuzzaman and Joint Director Mohammad Zahid Iqbal were also present.
A total of 25 potential young entrepreneurs participated in the training course.
