Training on enterprise risk management

Bangladesh Bank, in association with Standard Chartered Bank, conducted a training programme for its newly recruited assistant directors on 'Enterprise Risk Management' at Bangladesh Bank Training Academy in Mirpur in the city.
Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur Rahman inaugurated the programme Monday, said a press release.
Senior trainers from Standard Chartered regional offices were engaged in designing and delivering the training programme customised specially for Bangladesh Bank.
Nearly 100 new recruits of the central bank are participating in this training that would help sharpen their understanding and awareness on various types of risk facing enterprises, Basel II, future challenges and management of key risks.
