Extensive training on human resources management and development fitting to the need of the time was underlined by the speakers at a launching ceremony of two training programmes on Human Resources Management (HRM) and Development organised by A4 Consultants in the city recently, reports BSS.
Human Resources Management (HRM) and Development training programmes launched aimed at developing the human resource professionals to cope with the changing global and national scenario which will also assist them to be the most effective and efficient leaders in their professions.
State University Bangladesh Vice-Chancellor and Ex- Director of IBA Dr Iftekhar Ghani Chowdhury inaugurated the ceremony as the chief guest while a large group of senior management personnel, human resource professionals and enrolled participants of the courses were present on the occasion.
Reliance Finance Limited Managing Director Proshanta K Halder, Bangladesh Public Service Commission DS (Finance and Services) Project Director Mosta Gausul Haque, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) Chief Operating Officer Sayed Javed Ahmad and Mirajul Momeenat President Khurshid Jahan were present on the occasion as the guest speakers.
