Trial of war criminals to end in time: Dy speaker

CHITTAGONG, Dec 11 (BSS): Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Col (retd) Showkat Ali Sunday said that it is absurd not to demand the trial of the war criminals as the trial is already under process. He said the trial of the war criminals is going on and it will be completed in time. He was addressing the inaugural ceremony of a book fair as the chief guest at the port city's DC Hill. A non-government organisation Amra Korbo Joy arranged the book fair titled 'Smriti '71' to mark the Liberation War of the country. Prof Dr Anupom Sen, vice chancellor of the Premier University in Chittagong, formally inaugurated the fair.
