The International Crimes Tribunal-1 on Sunday came down heavily on the prosecution for its failure to submit a comprehensive investigation report on detained war crimes suspects Obaidul Haque alias Taher and Ataur Rahman alias Noni of Netrokona as promised. The three-member tribunal, headed by Justice M Enayetur Rahim, came up with the notion as designated prosecutor Mukhlesur Rahman, who was supposed to submit the investigation report containing the war crimes charges, sought further time for final homework on it, according to a news agency.
