Truck accident kills five in Cox's Bazar

COX'S BAZAR, July 16 (UNB): Five people were killed and nine others injured as a bamboo-laden truck overturned in front of Balukhali customs office in Ukhia Upazila on Monday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Ekramul Siddik, assistant commissioner of Ukhia Upazila, said the truck overturned on four human haulers and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw standing beside it at around 09:00 am after the driver lost control over steering, leaving five people dead on the spot.
