Truck crash kills two in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, Jan 08: Two persons died as a truck slammed an auto-rickshaw they were riding in the city's EPZ area on Tuesday and a madrasa teacher was stabbed dead by some unidentified youths in the city's Barabkunda the same day.
Sources said a truck rammed into an auto-rickshaw carrying two passengers in front of the Chittagong EPZ gate around 3.30 am.
Sub-inspector Alauddin Talukder stationed at the Chittagong Medical College Hospital said the two with severe wounds were admitted to the hospital in critical condition in the early morning and attending physicians there declared both the victims dead.
