Trust Bank AGM approves 12pc stock dividend

The 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Trust Bank Limited was held on Thursday at Army Golf Club in the city. Major General Ashraf Abdullah Yussuf, rcds, afwc, psc, Vice Chairman of the Bank & Adjutant General of Bangladesh Army presided over the meeting alongwith all Board of  Directors and Ishtiaque Ahmed Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank. The meeting approved 12 per cent stock dividend (i.e. Twelve Bonus Shares for every one hundred shares held) for the year ended on 31 December 2013 along with the Directors Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended on 31 December 2013. A good number of shareholders, senior executives & officers of the Bank were present in the AGM. Directors  Brig Gen K A R M Mostafa Kamal, ndc, psc; Brig Gen Kazi ASM Arif, afwc, psc; Brig Gen Abu Mohammad Munir Alim, psc, G; Ms. Begum Rokeya Din; Helal Uddin Ahmed; Ashrafuzzaman Khan and Khaled Mahbub Morshed, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting, according to a press release.
