Trust Bank approves 20pc cash dividend

The 19th annual general meeting of Trust Bank Limited has approved 20 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2017.
Maj Gen S M Matiur Rahman, Vice Chairman of the bank presided over the meeting at Trust Milonayaton in the capital on Saturday, said a statement.
The meeting also approved the directors' report and audited financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2017.
Among others, members of the bank's board of directors Ashrafuzzaman Khan, Shahedul Islam, Brig Gen Md Jalal Ghani Khan, Mohamed Naser Alam, Brig Gen Naquib Ahmed Chowdhury, Brig Gen Iqbal Ahmed, Faruq Mainuddin Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO, Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary, shareholders, senior executives and officers of the bank were also present at the meeting.
