Trust Bank, Union Capital sign Tk 250m loan deal

Trust Bank Limited (TBL) has extended Tk 250 million term financing loan to Union Capital Limited (UCL), a non-banking financial institution (NBFI).
In this connection, a corporate loan agreement signing ceremony was held at the TBL corporate head office in the city recently, said a press release.
TBL Managing Director (acting) Ishtiaque Ahmed Chowdhury and UCL Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Saifuddin M Naser signed the term loan agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Also present at the signing ceremony were TBL Senior Vice-President (SVP) and Head of CRM Mohammad Masoom, SVP and Chief Manager Md Amir Hossain Khan, Vice-President and Head of Marketing Rezwan Ahmed Chowdhury, Senior Assistant Vice-President Maroof-Ur-Rahman Mazumder and Principal Officer Md Abu Hena Hasanuzzaman, and UCL
Company Secretary and SVP Musfiq Ul Quayoom, Senior Manager SM Mazharul Alam and Assistant Manager Md Abu Zubayer Bhuiyan.
