Tumbling Tigers

We have heard about an inquiry to be made, into the dismal performance of the "Tigers" against the West Indies and South African sides, in the Cricket World Cup! One wonders if it will help solve the problems of our "knee-shaking" 'dandaguli'-playing batting side! Evidently, 'application' and 'concentration' were totally lacking in our cricket team on those days. We also heard that the whole team attended a late-night party, and 'actively participated' in the 'fun and dance' until early dawn on the day of the match against the West Indies! I just cannot believe this, and hope that it is just a rumour. But if this is even partially true, then the whole team must be taken to task. The 'Lambs' were nor led, but volunteered for the next morning's slaughter by the Windies! The inquiry can reveal the truth or otherwise of this rumour- making the rounds!
