Twenty more listed cos recommend dividend

Twenty more listed firms recommended dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2014, posted on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website Wednesday.
ACI Formulations: The Board of Directors has recommended 30 per cent cash dividend. The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on June 11 at 9am at the Officers Club, 26 Baily Road, Dhaka.
The record is on May 13. The company's share closed at Tk 153.8, gaining 10.09 per cent over the previous session.
Bata Shoe: The Board of Directors has recommended 105 per cent final cash dividend in addition to the 175 per cent interim cash dividend declared and paid in December 2014 thus making a total 280 per cent cash dividend.
The AGM will be held on June 25 at 10:30am at Dhamrai Factory, Dhaka. Record Date: 10.05.2015. The company's share closed Tk 1,184.1, losing 5.92 per cent.

National Feed: The Board of Directors has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend. The AGM will be held on June 4 at 11am at Polwell Convention Center, Plot: 9B, Sector: 08, Abdullahpur, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.
Record Date: 12.05.2015. The company's share lost 3.72 per cent to close at Tk 17.9 on Wednesday.
Phoenix Insurance:  The Board of Directors has recommended 20 per cent cash dividend. The company's share lost 20.21 per cent to close at Tk 7.7 following its no dividend recommendation.
