Two abducted businessmen rescued

PABNA, Sep 17: Two businessmen, who were abducted on Wednesday evening from Natore, were rescued by the Chatmohar police in Pabna on Thursday morning.
The victims Helal Uddin, 35, of village Mirpara, and Masud Parvez, 37 of village Vobanipur in Natore Sadar upazila were abducted from their area on Wednesday afternoon. Later the abductors demanded Tk 0.2 million ransom from their family members by mobile phone.
They were taken to Chatmohar upazila said Subroto Kumar, officer in charge of Chatmohar under the district. According to the information from Natore police station Chatmohar police raided Mothurapur village on Wednesday night.
