Two arrested with liquor

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) personnels arrested two people along with 180 bottles of liquor at Mirapara in Sylhet city on Friday. The arrestees were identified as Lutfur Rahman alias Binu, 28, son of late Thosir Uddin in Zakigonj upazila, and Sohel Rahman, 25, son of Shomser Ali in Chaathak upazila. Tipped off, a team of RAB-9 conducted a raid in Mirapara area around 1:30pm and arrested them along with the liquor, said RAB-9 in a press release on Friday evening, according to a news agency.
