Two BNP leaders attacked in Ctg

CHITTAGONG, Sept 25 (bdnews24.com): Two BNP leaders were injured in an attack Thursday night at Rangunia in the port city with the main opposition party blaming it on the activists of ruling Awami League (AL).
The injured were Rangunia Upazila BNP convening committee member and Pomora Union Parishad chairman Mohammad Nazim and Pomora union BNP general secretary Mohammad Farid.
Chittagong district BNP joint convener and Rangunia Upazila chairman Abu Ahmed Md Hasnat said that Nazim and Farid were attacked when they had been returning home at about 9:00pm after going around different Durga Puja pavilions.
