Two BNP leaders stabbed in Laxmipur

LAXMIPUR, Apr 18 (UNB): Assailants hacked two local BNP leaders at Naldagi village in Sadar Upazila Friday night.
Injured Abdul Karim (32), son of Oli Ahmed and Nurul Islam (35), son of Nuruzzaman of the village, were admitted to the Sadar Hospital in a critical condition.
Witnesses said a gang of masked miscreants, numbering 10/12, stormed houses of Karim and Nurul Islam and chopped them indiscriminately, leaving them seriously injured.
