Two die in Munshiganj crash

At least two persons were killed in a road accident on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Gazaria Upazila in Munshiganj district on Friday. Police and witnesses said a bus rammed an auto-rickshaw from behind on the Meghna-Gumti Bridge at Gazaria, killing auto-rickshaw driver Siraj Mia, 45, and its passenger Saleha Begum, 40, dead on the spot. Another auto-rickshaw passenger was injured in the accident. He was admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital, according to a news agency.
