Police arrested two alleged drug peddlers with 800 pieces of Yaba tablets from Jatrabari in the city Friday thanks to DMP's special security measures taken for peaceful celebration of the New Year.
In another incident, an alleged extortionist shot and injured an employee of a grocery shop at North Badda in the city Thursday night.
