Two electrocuted in Gazipur

Two workers of a spinning factory died of electrocution at Mouchak Nischintapur in Kaliakoir upazila of Gazipur on Tuesday. The deceased were identified as Abu Sayeed, 60, and Mohammad Ibrahim Hossain. They were workers of ‘Sunny Spinning Factory’. Factory sources said Abu Sayeed suffered electric shock and died when he was wading through rainwater at the veranda of the factory which was electrified earlier. Ibrahim was also electrocuted when he along with Aminul came in the rescue of Sayeed. Aminul got injured in the incident, according to a news agency.
