Two held with fake notes

RANGPUR, Dec 11 (BSS): Police arrested two persons and seized Taka 19,000 fake currency notes from their possessions in Central Bus Terminal area here in the early hours of Sunday.
Police said, acting on secret information, Kotwali Thana police conducted a raid and arrested one Khokan Mian with six fake currency notes of Taka 1,000 denominations.
As per his confession, police conducted another raid and arrested Rafikul Islam from his house and seized more 13 fake currency notes of Taka 1,000 denominations.
A case was filed in this connection against the arrested persons with Kotwali Thana Sunday.
