Two held with stolen microbuses at Hatirjheel

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested two suspected members of an organised theft gang along with two stolen microbuses from the capital's Hatirjheel area, reports UNB
The arrestees are Md Anwar Hossain, 42, son of late Rahim Uddin of Birganj upazila in Dinajpur and Md Abul Kalam, 47, son of Jainal Abedin Akando of Barguna Sadar.
Lieutenant Colonel Arif Mohiuddin Ahmed of Rab-3 on Thursday said on information, they conducted a drive at Hatirjheel around 1.15pm and arrested the duo with the two microbuses, one mobile phone set, two SIM cards, two NID cards, one visa card and Tk 3,894 in cash.
