Two killed in Barishal road crash

BARISHAL, Aug 28 (UNB): Two people were killed and two others injured when a bus hit a van carrying them on Dhaka-Barishal highway at Rahmatpur in Babuganj upazila of Barishal district on Sunday, said police.
The dead are Fazlul Haque (63) and Sumi Akter (40) of Manikadi area.
Amanullah Al Bari, inspector of Barishal Airport thana, said the accident occurred around 11:45 am when the Dhaka-bound 'Shyamoli Paribahan' bus from Barishal hit the van.
