Two killed in separate incidents in Ctg

Two persons were killed in separate incidents in Chittagong city on Monday night and Tuesday. In the first incident worker Jubair, 21, was electrocuted while working at an under construction residential hotel in the city’s M A Aziz Stadium area on Tuesday afternoon. Police outpost sources at Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) said Jubair died from electrocution while completing welding work at a window of the hotel. In the second incident an unidentified woman, aged about 32, was injured when a truck hit her on Toll Road under Halishahor Police Station in the port city on Monday. Locals rescued and whisked the injured woman to CMCH where the duty doctor declared her dead, CMCH police outpost sources said, according to a news agency.
