Two killed in separate incidents in M'singh

MYMENSINGH, Oct 4 (BSS): Two persons were killed in separate incidents in Muktagacha and Trishal Upazilas during the last three days.
Police said Khalilur Rahman (40), son of Alahaj Abu Taher (35), of Rajabari under Muktagachha Upazila attacked his elder brother Abdul Matin (42) and younger brother Mahmudul Hasan (38) with a spade following an altercation over demarcation of land on October 1. They were injured seriously.
Being informed father Abu Taher rushed to the spot and seeing the injured sons he became unconscious and died two hours later.
Critically injured Abul Matin and Mahmudul Hasan were rushed to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital. Of them Matin succumbed to his injuries on the Eid-day.
In a separate incident at Katakhali under Trishal Upazila one Azizur Rahman and his accomplices attacked Naju Mullik (60) and Abul Kasem (50) on October because of previous enmity.
Critically injured Abul Kasem and Naju Mullik were admitted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital where Naju Mullik died.
Police said, two separate cases were filed with the respective police stations.
