Two killed in wall collapse in city

CHITTAGONG, Jun 23: Two pedestrians were killed as a boundary wall on a road in Chittagong collapsed on Tuesday.
The deceased were identified as Zannatul Ferdous Kusum (40) and Sudhir Chakraborty (35).
The incident happened in the rail-crossing area at East Madarbari under Double Mooring Police Station at around 10.00 am, police and local people said.
Zannatul was wife of Munirul Haque of Jogi Chand Road at Madarbari. Haque works at a buying house.
Sudhir was rescued by fire-fighters and sent to CMCH, where he died.
