Two outlaws slaughtered

PABNA, July 21 (UNB): Two outlaws were slaughtered at Sonakandi village under Sathia Upazila Monday.
According to the police, the deceased Jahangir Alam (30) and Masud Rana (31), were activists of outlawed Purba Banglar Communist Party (ML-Lalpotaka).
Local people said some unidentified assailants picked up the two extremists when they were playing cards near Sonakandi Bazar and slaughtered them taking to a nearby field at about 2:00 am.
On information, police rushed to the spot and recovered the dead bodies.
Reason behind the killing could not be known immediately.
