Two Shibir men held in Tangail

TANGAIL, Jan 10 (BSS): Chairman of Light House Foundation and Shibir leader Dr Ashan Habib Imrose and his younger brother Feroz Chowdhury were arrested in a pre-dawn swoop from a garden under sadar upazila of the district here Monday.
OC of Tangail Model thana Nazrul Islam told reporters the raid was conducted on the basis of secret information that they could carry out an act of sabotage after International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) would issue an order for taking the formal charges against Professor Gholam Azam.
They were arrested from the garden nearby their home, at Korotia Chowdhury para under Tangail Sadar upazila, where they were holding a secret meeting with other Shibir activists.
