UCB ACHIEVES ISO CERTIFICATION, STRENGTHENING INFORMATION SECURITY FRAMEWORK

United Commercial Bank (UCB) has been awarded the internationally recognised ISO 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System, marking a significant milestone in safeguarding information and managing cyber risks in the digital era. A ceremony was held on Monday at UCB's head office, where Mukut K. Barua, country head (Bangladesh) of Bureau Veritas, and Moshiul Islam, CEO of Enterprise InfoSec Consultants, formally handed over the certificate to Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid, UCB managing director & CEO.
