UCB, Blackboard Strategies sign MoU

United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) and Blackboard Strategies, a concern of the Asiatic 3Sixty, on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) under which the latter will act as a strategic communication partner of the former.
