UCB holds 41st AGM
Vice-Chairman of United Commercial Bank Bashir Ahmed along with other directors at the 41st Annual General Meeting of UCB, held on June 30. In the AGM, shareholders approved 5 per cent stock dividends and 5 per cent cash dividends for FY23.
