UCB HOLDS 43RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) held its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital on Thursday. UCB Chairman Sharif Zahir presided over the meeting attended by Independent Director and Vice Chairman Md. Shazzad Hossoin, Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee Md. Tanvir Khan, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Imam Hasan, Independent Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Md. Yusuf Ali, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid, Deputy Managing Director and CFO Faruk Ahammad and Company Secretary Tanvir A Siddique.
