UCBL holds EGM, five AGMs

United Commercial Bank Limited (UCBL) held an extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) and the 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th annual general meetings (AGMs) for the years 2003 to 2007 at a city hotel Monday.
Chairman of the bank MA Hashem presided over the meetings, according to a press release.
UCBL Vice Chairman Kazi Enamul Hoque, Executive Committee Chairman Yunus Ahmed, Audit Committee Chairman Md Jahangir Alam Khan and directors MA Sabur, MA Kalam, Shabbir Ahmed, Showkat Aziz Russell, Nur Uddin Javed, Nur Nahar Zaman, Saifuzzaman Chowdhury, Sultana Rezia Begum, Sharif Zahir, Riyadh Zafar Chowdhury and Tanvir Khan were present, among others at the AGMs.
