UCBL targets NRBs for robust foreign remittance growth

JHENIDAH, Feb 4: United Commercial Bank Limited (UCBL) recently launched a road show focusing on remittance. The bank launched this remittance fair throughout its branches all over the country.
Foreign remittance accelerates the growth of economic development, reduces the pressure of unemployment, boosts the capacity to make essential import payments and also helps to increase consumption, savings and investment in both micro and macro level.
The remittance market of Bangladesh has been showing a steady growth in terms of incoming remittance volume. Considering the current macro-economic indicators; it seems that this growth run will continue in the upcoming years. UCBL, a leading commercial bank in Bangladesh, has launched this remittance fair to capture the robust growing Remittance market. UCBL, being innovative and responsive to meet various demands of its consumers, has come up with lucrative offers for NBR throughout this remittance fair.
