UGSFL outdoes output target

CHITTAGONG Jul 8: Usmania Glass Sheet Factory Ltd (UGSFL), controlled by the Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation, surpassed its production target set for the 2006-2007 fiscal, sources said.
UGSFL based at Kalurghat Industrial area manufactured 25 million glass-sheets against its target of 20 million in the 2006-2007 fiscal ended on June 30 last.
It is the highest production record of UGSFL since its inception.
The company could achieve such a laudable success due mainly to proper guidance of its board of directors, efficiency of the management, sincere efforts and labour of the workers and employees, the sources further said.
UGSFL managing director greeted all concerned for achieving such a tremendous success in the production of the company.
