UK envoy meets Fakhrul

British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Sarah Cooke met BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Monday and discussed various issues related to the upcoming national election and the prevailing political situation in the country, reports UNB.
The meeting, which lasted for over an hour, began around 10:30 am at the BNP Chairperson's office in Gulshan.
BNP Standing Committee Member Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan and Organising Secretary Shama Obaed were also present during the meeting.
