UK teachers visit Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School in Ctg

Four teachers from Sunderland, UK visited the Mirza Ahmed Isphani High School at Pahartali in Chittagong on Tuesday under Connecting Classrooms Project (CCP) of British Council, UK-Bangladesh. The school is connected to the project since 2009.
The teachers, who came from the UK, are -- CCP Coordinator Lesley Etherington, Karen Burgess, Jessica Earl and Norman Holmes.
They visited classes and observed classroom activities. They also shared information on their culture, views and education system with the students and teachers, who welcomed the guests to their campus.
High officials of M M Ispahani Limited, present on the occasion, included Engineer Mahbubul Alam, chief operating officer of Pahartali Textile & Hosiery Mills, Dr. Engineer Golam Mostafa, general manager of Tea Blending and Packaging Factory, and Showkat Sadek, senior manager (admin) of Pahartali Textile & Hosiery Mills.
Headmaster of the school S M Mojibur Rahman declared completion of the programme by thanking all.
