UNB chief to represent country in WCNA

United News of Bangladesh (UNB) Editor-in-Chief and Chief Executive Enayetullah Khan will represent Bangladesh in the 2nd World Congress of News Agencies (WCNA), to be held at Estepona in Spain on October 24-27, reports UNB.
The WCNA was launched in 2004 under the joint auspices of the United Nations (UN), the UNESCO and some 118 news agencies from more than 100 countries across the world.
This global forum of national and international wire services is designed to promote media freedom and professional collaboration as well as future development of news agency journalism in the world.
The world's top media personalities and heads of news agencies will join the WCNA, supported by the UN and the government of Spain.
