Unexploded bomb recovered in Kushtia

An unexploded bomb, hurled at a house at Goalgram village in Daulatpur Upazila in Kushtia early Saturday, has been recovered. Local people and police said a gang of miscreants hurled brick chips and a powerful bomb at the house of late Mohsin Ali at night. However, the bomb did not explode. Being informed, a team from Shyampur police camp under Daulatpur police station rushed to the spot and recovered the bomb in the morning. Later explosive experts of police defused the bomb, according to private TV channels.
