UNILEVER CONSUMER CARE HOLDS 51ST AGM

Unilever Consumer Care Limited held its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Tuesday. At the meeting, shareholders approved the directors' report, auditor's report, and audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, where the declaration of a final cash dividend of 300% on the paid-up capital of the company, i.e., Tk 30.00 per ordinary share of Tk 10.00 each, was announced. The meeting was presided over by the company's chairman Masud Khan. The company's directors, namely Mohammad Zaved Akhtar, Zinnia Tanzina Huq, S.O.M. Rashedul Quayum, Md. Abul Hossain, and Reazul Haque Chowdhury, and Company Secretary Md Naharul Islam Molla attended the meeting.
