Union Bank holds 39th Board meeting

The 39th meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank's Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka, on Tuesday. Chairman of the Board of the Directors Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Md. Humayun Kabir, Independent Directors Dr. Md. Shahidul Islam Zahid and Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director & CEO Mohd. Humayun Kabir attended the meeting.
